This phase of the East Side Access project included the construction of the Stage 3 civil structures at Harold Interlocking. The work included 34 one-meter diameter primary secant piles under the bridge with low headroom, 32 one-meter diameter secondary secant piles under the bridge with low headroom, 18 one-meter diameter soldier piles, and 20 underpinning pits five feet by six feet by four feet.
