Design-build-operate-transfer, run-of-the-river, hydroelectric project consisting of a diversion weir, drop shaft, tunnel, and downriver powerhouse. The weir diverts part of the river into the drop shaft and tunnel, which then conveys the water 4.3 kilometer downstream to a powerhouse and is finally discharged back into Ashlu Creek. Tunnel excavation was completed in February 2009, and raise boring of the intake shaft was completed in May 2009.
