The LEED Gold certified project, located in downtown Philadelphia, is the tallest student apartment building in the United States, consisting of 33 stories and 481,000 square feet. The building contains approximately 322 units comprised of studios through four bedroom suites, with 850 bedrooms in total, including kitchens, living/dining areas, laundry and bathrooms.
