Located at 10th Avenue and West 30th Street, this 52-story tower features a signature design by KPF. 10 Hudson Yards is a 1.7 million-square-foot, 52-story office tower that is 895 feet tall. It features Class A office space and retail at the base, which is anchored by luxury leather goods brand Coach, Inc.
